Keeping your data safe

 RPM soils LLC agrees to keep personal and locational data confidential  except as needed by owners, employees, or contractors of RPM Soils, LLC  or laboratories providing analysis.  Such data will not be sold or given  away without the client’s permission, even if RPM Soils is sold.  Personal information includes name, address, phone numbers, emails, or  other such data that could be tied to an individual.  Locational data  includes, electronic or paper maps that tie information to a particular  location.

Permission may be granted verbally, in  writing, or electronically to share information with vendors and others  providing services to the client or for any other purpose.
